A Summer Experience at Rosé Day LA 2023

 

As an elegant kickoff to summer, the annual Rosé Day LA event will bring together thousands of Rosé fans during a daytime picnic with a touch of luxury on June 24th, 2023. Curated cuisine and DJs keep guests happy as they sip their blush-colored cocktails in the Calabasas sunshine. Whether you’re a Rosé aficionado, or just looking for a way to take in a stunning landscape, National Rosé Day won’t be spent better than making this event your weekend destination.

With National Rosé Day only recently being created in 2015, the new and flourishing “holiday” has excited Rosé fans every year on the second Saturday in June. While there are official celebrations held by its founders, a group of well-established LA hospitality veterans, Horse & Carriage Hospitality, have stepped up to bring a one-of-a-kind celebration to life in Los Angeles, now in its fourth year. More than 4000 guests will gather at King Gillette Ranch in Calabasas to toast during the exclusive event filled with A-listers, influencers and Los Angeles socialites.

The Rosé itself is the star of the event with past events having numerous sponsors like Perrier-Jouët’s Rosé Champagne, Domaine Bertaud Belieu’s Rosé wine and Svedka Rosé Vodka all on the menu for a variety of tastes to excite your palate. This year’s soiree will also feature selections from the fine bubbly purveyors G.H Mumm Champagne and La Fête du Rosé, not to mention appearances by the award winning Tequila Código and Dos Hombres Mezcal. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to the event’s charity partner dublab, a Los Angeles-based, community-supported internet radio station and creative collective dedicated to the growth of positive music, arts, and culture.

While the beloved pink drink will be the focus, Chef Marc Forgione of Iron Chef fame will be returning with his personal selection of favorite gourmet food truck vendors to serve up their best dishes along with collaborating with them to create his own Rosé-inspired cuisine to complement the beverage. Guests can expect only the finest from local favorites Vivace Pizza and Shucks Oyster Company, and those with a sweet tooth will adore the fresh-fruit ice creams from West LA sensation Creamy Boys.

Live DJ performances by artists like Guy Gerber will keep the energy going as guests sip on pink cocktails and take in the opulence. Accompanying him will be Zen Freeman and his impressive resume including Gucci, Vogue, and The Academy Awards, as well as Ruckus, hailed by GQ as “The most sought after DJ in the world.

Guests will find leisure games and activities to play in the open landscape along with browsing the available art and luxury brand activations for some summer shopping.
