The only thing better than visiting the South of France is to do so with the purpose of drinking wine. Languedoc and Roussillon are technically two cities of this region, but both are known for sun-filled days and organic wine. Spend your days sailing off the coast, enjoying fresh oysters, and hiking through the ancient mountains on the historic Cathar Trail.
