Each year, thousands of visitors head to Austin,Texas to attend SXSW, a festival celebrating what’s up and coming in film, music, art, technology and more. After almost two decades of annual events, the Fader Fort is likely to return with unforgettable performances by some of music’s biggest hitmakers. Past lineups have included Megan Thee Stallion, Rico Nasty, Billie Eilish, and Cardi B. 

SATURDAY, MARCH 19TH

Each year Urban Outfitters attracts music lovers to their Space 24Twenty location for a lively day of entertainment. The annual party is free and open to the public, with live music performances from 3-7pm. Enjoy drinks and bites while taking in an exciting show at this all ages event.

SUNDAY, MARCH 13TH

This event from women’s entrepreneurship platform Create & Cultivate will be joining with MasterCard at Fair Market for a day of panels, networking, food and drinks, and getting educated on building a business. The daytime event also includes a keynote conversation with ClassPass founder Payal Kadakia.

FRIDAY, MARCH 11TH – MONDAY, MARCH 13TH

Fans of Amazon Prime’s ‘The Boys’ will enjoy this unique event set to kick off the first weekend of SXSW. Attendees will enter the world of the superhero-themed show and enjoy festive food and experiences. Guests will also tap into their inner superstar in celebration of pop star Lizzo’s reality dance competition show ‘Watch Out for the Big Grrrls.’ Lizzo-inspired cocktails and makeovers will leave guests ready for stardom at this Driskill St. party.

SATURDAY, MARCH 12TH

Take in some of Disney’s latest hit movies at this free outdoor event on March 12th. Screenings of Disney’s “Jungle Cruise,” “Cruella,” and Marvel Studios’ “Shang-Chi and The Legend of The Ten Rings” will be showing at the Long Center beginning at 11:30am. Giveaways and character appearances make the event a fun, family-friendly option during the exciting festival.

WEDNESDAY, MARCH 16TH – FRIDAY, MARCH 18TH

The iconic footwear company Dr. Martens will be once again stationed at Container Bar for three days of live music at one of the best SXSW parties in Austin. Attendees can mark the occasion by getting a free tattoo by talented artists, take in an interactive mural, and enter to win a pair of customized Doc Marten boots.
