Experience

TAO Group is known for bringing luxury hospitality experiences to Los Angeles, with venues like Beauty & Essex, The Highlight Room, and TAO anchoring the buzzy, Hollywood nightlife scene. In West Hollywood, LAVO Ristorante will complement its out-of-state sister properties by creating an unforgettable Italian dining experience. While LAVO Restaurant in NYC includes an exciting nightclub space, and LAVO in Las Vegas offers bottle service, LAVO Los Angeles will put all its focus on its food. The space will forgo a DJ to tone down the nightlife ambiance in exchange for a true, fine dining restaurant experience. Both daytime and nighttime diners will be able to enjoy thoughtful Italian cuisine just steps away from trendy destinations like BOA, Soho House and Bootsy Bellows. The former Roku space will be transformed into a fresh experience that is sure to become a staple for residents of nearby neighborhoods West Hollywood, Beverly Hills and Beverly Grove.

Design

The spacious layout of LAVO Los Angeles can accommodate up to 250 guests at a time. Plush seating in the form of booths, banquettes, tables and bar seats will house hungry patrons in the thoughtfully designed space. Venice-based design group Studio Collective, the creative team behind The Bungalow Santa Monica, The Bungalow Huntington Beach, and Hyde Crypto.com Lounge, will bring new life to the luxury domain. Guests will be swept away to the Italian seaside with marble tables, glass chandeliers, and a horseshoe-shaped bar creating an air of modern Mediterranean charm. A retractable roof will allow guests to enjoy the Los Angeles weather from the outdoor dining terrace. Glamorous, colorful furnishings will bring forth romance and revelry in the refined space fit for an elegance.

Food & Beverage

Guests will enjoy a menu of modern Italian cuisine created by the talented Chef Ralph Scamardella, head of TAO Group’s culinary programs and a three-decade veteran of the industry. The LAVO Ristorante menu will include favorites from the NYC outpost like wood-fired pizzas, housemade pastas, and the signature one-pound Wagyu meatball. The Southern California location will also influence the menu in incorporating seasonal, local ingredients into classic, Southern Italian dishes. Grilled meats and a raw bar will also be featured, as well as signature cocktails and a wine list for guests to sip and savor in a luxurious setting.
