The villa is found in the centrally located Sunrise Park neighborhood, giving you quick access to downtown Palm Springs, while high, whitewash walls, provide a sense of privacy.

Ease into the bubbling hot tub and keep warm on cool desert nights. Inside, the sharp angles, original art and shocks of color which define mid-century design juxtapose smooth, contemporary touches. A plasma screen television, one of the home’s many technological touches, hangs above the hearth. The fully-equipped kitchen houses high-end appliances and is sure to be the site of your finest culinary creations. A modern-inspired dining table sits up to eight people.

Bright, airy and decorated with stylish contemporary furniture, each of Villa Moda’s five bedrooms are pure California chic. The Master bedroom houses a King size bed, home theater system and features a spacious en-suite bathroom. It opens directly onto the pool terrace through floor-to-ceiling glass doors. Three other Queen suites are in the main home, while the final bedroom resides in a casita.
