Hillcrest Estate is a spectacular villa and estate situated just north of Sunset Boulevard in Beverly Hills, within minutes of Rodeo Drive and the heart of Hollywood. High-end amenities for entertainment and play include a swimming pool, tennis court, and gym, while seven fabulous bedrooms (six with ensuite bathrooms) offer ample accommodations for twelve guests.

The villa consists of four separate buildings—a main house, guesthouse, pool house, and gym—nestled on over three acres of private grounds. Enchanting cypress trees and beautifully manicured gardens evoke a Mediterranean ambiance, while luminous white facades and the wonderful modernist sculptures presiding over the pool summon vintage, mid-century style. There are kitchens in both the main house and guesthouse, a wonderful music room in the pool house, and multiple salons, parlors, and dining areas for entertaining guests or simply relishing special moments with loved-ones.

The main house includes five breathtaking suites: four with king beds and one with a queen. The master includes a lounge area, walk-in closet, and deluxe bathroom with shower and soaking tub. The guesthouse includes one suite with a double bed and ensuite bathroom, as well as a queen bedroom with access to a hallway bathroom. Each bedroom is endowed with its own decorative style and charm, with extraordinary artistry to be found in the beds, light fixtures, and bathroom surfaces.
