Celebrate New Years Eve 2026 at Watr at the 1 Hotel Rooftop! Ring in the New Year 18 stories above the city at Watr at the 1 Hotel South Beach, where panoramic ocean views, elevated cuisine, and vibrant rooftop energy come together for an unforgettable night. In celebration of New Year’s Eve, guests can enjoy two curated dinner seatings, open bar experiences, and premium VIP table service, all set against the rhythm of our resident DJs.
Dinner will be served family-style with a pre-fixed menu during both seatings. The first seating begins at 6:00 PM and is priced at $325 per person, exclusive of tax and gratuity, for a two-hour experience. The second seating begins at 9:00 PM and is priced at $375 per person, exclusive of tax and gratuity, also for a two-hour experience. A children’s menu will be available for guests up to 12 years old. Guests over the age of 12 will be required to order from the pre-fixed menu.
As the evening continues, join us on December 31 from 10:00 PM to 2:00 AM to ring in the New Year with champagne, signature cocktails, and sweeping ocean views on the rooftop dance floor. Late-night experiences include General Admission for $50, a Premium Open Bar for $250, and VIP cocktail tables with a $1,000 minimum spend. Pool deck couches and cabanas are available with premium minimums and are limited in availability.
