For those seeking an extravagant evening, the late-night dinner and party experience, priced at $795 plus tax and gratuity, features indulgent Baccarat bites, bottomless champagne, cocktails, elaborate entrées served table-side, and desserts perfectly timed for a Cristal champagne toast at midnight.
The festivities include indulgent bites from the Grand Table, featuring a seafood tower, pickled shrimp cocktail, East Coast oysters, sushi maki and nigiri rolls, cured meats, NY State cheeses, and Upstate Farms crudité. Throughout the night, enjoy passed Baccarat bites such as mini vegetable samosas, crab cakes, chicken and lemongrass dumplings, red wine-braised short ribs, and more. Desserts take center stage with a selection served on Baccarat Crystal 3-Tier Stands, featuring “Not So Big Apple” pie, ball-drop chocolate cake, s’mores cheesecake, mini cronuts, black and white cookies, macarons, and chocolates.
