Give the Gift of Experiences

The gift-giving season is upon us, and finding the perfect present for loved ones is at the top of to-do lists across the country. Shopping can be a daunting task when the person you’re buying for seems to have everything. Instead of browsing endless shopping malls and online stores, treating friends and family to an unforgettable experience is a unique alternative to giving a gift they may not remember in a week. The possibilities are endless when you use the holidays an excuse to enjoy a new adventure with the ones you love.

Helicopter Ride

Take a trip above the landscapes of your favorite cities with a private helicopter tour. Whether you’re maneuvering New York City’s skyline or enjoying Malibu’s ocean shoreline, the view can’t get any better when you’re hovering miles above the Earth’s surface. Professionally trained pilots treat you to an all-inclusive scenic view, giving your loved ones a one-of-a-kind perspective amongst the clouds.

Private Tasting

For those with a palate that’s hard to please, they can get into the holiday “spirit” by sipping on some unique potions during a private tasting. While wine is often a popular option, a step outside the box could have you and your loved one trying international whiskeys or rums that may have never crossed your path. Educated bartenders and mixologists will supply you with a breadth of background information while you partake in testing some new flavors.

Front Row Tickets

After a year of ups and downs, everyone can enjoy great seats at a performance whether it be in front of a stage or on the court. Take the time to appreciate your friends and family by giving them the VIP experience at their favorite venue. Courtside tickets add energy to any basketball game, placing you right in the action. And there’s nothing like being at arm’s length in front of your favorite artist while they entertain you on a more intimate level. While many don’t remember what they received for the holidays a year ago, experiences like this make for memories that last a lifetime.

Exotic Racing

We all have that one friend or family member who loves a good drive on an open road. Give them an upgrade this holiday season by granting them the experience of a lifetime in getting to test drive a Exotic racecar. After a lesson from a licensed instructor, you can reach top speeds at the racetrack just like the pros. Any auto lover will jump at the chance to take the wheel at a professional speedway this holiday season.

Yacht Charter

After living in any city for a while, it may start to seem like you’ve visited any and every restaurant in town. So what’s the best thing to do when you’re looking for a change of scenery? Consider chartering a private yacht for your own personal dinner party. Take a trip along the shore and enjoy drinks, dining, or even just the alluring view of the waterfront. Whether it’s a private date night with a romantic partner, or a group gathering for an intimate celebration, the gift of a beautiful landscape will always be priceless.

Chefs Tasting Dining

Indulge in exclusivity by gifting a feast fit for royalty. Instead of simply visiting a highly-rated restaurant, take the next step and enjoy the chef’s private table for an elevated experience. Your table will have a prime location and most importantly, you’ll be greeted by the chef as they ensure that your meal is beyond compare. You can even request the chef’s tasting menu to truly get a feel for the range of dishes available at your fingertips. Any foodie will value the intimacy of being the chef’s VIP, making your gift one to reminisce for years to come.

The Hottest NYE Parties

With 2016 coming to an end, many are making plans to celebrate the year’s last hours by partying the night away. New Year’s Eve bashes are a holiday tradition, but choosing the right one to attend can be a tough decision.  From LA to NY, there are a sea of celebrations occurring in cities across America, each with their own unique vibe and crowd. These picks for the best New Year’s Eve parties in the U.S. will have you ringing in the New Year in style.

Los Angeles

For a New Year’s Eve at a lounge-y hot spot, Los Angeles is the prime location to see and be seen as the clock strikes twelve. Places like 1OAK, Bootsy Bellows, and Le Jardin offer a premium open bar with their entry. You can head to Hyde Sunset for a Casino Royale themed party to kick off 2017, or the newly opened Delilah for a black tie Great Gatsby themed bash. If dining will be a part of your plan, The Nice Guy and Doheny Room offer a prix-fixe dinner included with entry.

Las Vegas

For the ultimate New Year’s Eve experience, Vegas is a hot destination for an endless night of partying hard. Attracting the best performers of 2016, Sin City will be packed with music, dancing, and open bars at many of their NYE events. You can join The Weekend at Marquee nightclub, or catch a double-feature of French Montana and DJ Khaled at TAO. Plenty will be heading to Hakkasan to try and have that “One Dance” with their New Year’s Eve crush while Drake performs live. Others will join Kendrick Lamar at Drais or Calvin Harris at Omnia. No matter where you end up, each spot has plenty to offer for a wild night to remember.

If you’re aiming for a more beachy New Year’s bash, Miami has numerous artists populating the city’s hottest nightclubs. Justin Bieber will be featured at Fontainebleau with a poolside performance. Hyde Beach will be celebrating “A Night in Cuba” with Run DMC’s Russell Simmons. You can catch 2 Chainz hosting the event at Rockwell, or if you head to LIV, you can enjoy Skrillex showing off his skills on the turntables. You can also head to the recently opened ORA nightclub to kick off 2017 at a new hot spot.

New York

The city that never sleeps will surely be up all night at one of the many celebrations throughout NYC. For those not watching the ball drop in Times Square, you can head to the rooftop of Catch to see the view of the city while you countdown. Nightclubs like Up&Down, Avenue, and LAVO will be featuring an open bar to keep the party going. To enjoy some deep house dancing, Disclosure will be performing at their Wild Life party at a secret warehouse location. Steve Aoki will also be DJing in a warehouse in Brooklyn on January 1st, for those who’d like to round out their weekend with a second night of revelry.
